FAQs

Who is this for?

This is for parents of children ages 0–7 who want to parent more intentionally, respond rather than react, and shift patterns that no longer serve them or their child. You don’t have to be struggling - you just have to be open to growth.

Do you offer one-time sessions or longer programs?

Both! You can book a single session if you're looking for quick support or join a multi-session package if you’re ready to go deeper and create lasting shifts.

What exactly is parent coaching?

Parent coaching is a supportive, non-judgmental space where we explore what’s really going on underneath the hard parenting moments. Together, we work through mindset, emotional triggers, and practical tools - so you can parent with more calm, clarity, and confidence, and most importantly in a way that feels right for you.

What qualifications do you have?

I hold a bachelor's degree in child studies, a parent coaching certification through the Jai Institute for Parenting and have worked as an early childhood educator. I also bring the lived experience of motherhood, which keeps everything I teach grounded in real life.

How is this different from therapy?

While parent coaching can feel deeply therapeutic, it isn’t a substitute for mental health therapy. Coaching focuses on present-day challenges, parenting strategies, and emotional growth. If deeper trauma or mental health needs arise, I’ll always encourage seeking support from a licensed therapist.

What topics can we work on together?

We can explore emotional regulation (yours and your child’s), tantrums, boundaries, power struggles, reparenting your inner child, nervous system awareness, and building connection through everyday moments. No topic is off limits, my one-on-one sessions are an open, safe, non-judgmental space focused on you.
